Assalamualaikum

It is the fifth day of Ramadhan. Alhamdulillah so far, so good. Hope all of you are doing well too! :)

I am having a quiet time to myself. I just shut myself from all the social network at the moment. I just have to do some pondering and replanning on alot of things. But i can't help to share things in this blog. :D

This morning, Zafri woke up wanting his strawberry milk. After having two cups of it he went back to our bedroom. I lied down and joined beside him.

Suddenly, he said " Your first name is Mummy, right? Your second name is aunty Izu and then Mak Long".

Hehe i can't help to giggle. And i said "Yes and i have a real name too remember? What is my real name?" I asked him.

Unfortunately he forgot. He thought Izu is my name. So i told him my real name and he finally remembered it and instantly said "you have many names, Mummy!" LoL

Then he proudly told me that he only got two names. He spontaneously said "my first name is Zafri and my second name is Izzafri Hisham!" LoL

This boy is always cheeky! And he always make our day! :)

Afterwards he joined a pretend play with Iris. Iris brought her favourite red blanket that she got from Emirates airlines. She asked me to tie it around her neck and make it hooded as she wanted to be like a red riding hood. Fine.

But the funny was Zafri also asked me to do the same and brought his green blanket that he also got from Emirates airlines. And slumberly said i wanna be a GREEN RIDING HOOD!"

Hahaha clever boy, masya Allah! :D

This lil boy is not only cheeky but funny too! Sometimes its hard to get mad at..but sometimes only laa. :D

Lastly i love watching when the other half always loves to kiss and cuddle him who is still sleeping every morning before he off to work. He still called him 'Baby' too. L.O.V.E and All Praise be to Allah..

Ok enuff said. Happy fasting, darlings wherever you are! :)

Big Boy!

Assalamualaikum

Our little boy is not little anymore...He already turned 4 years old on 12th April last week. Well actually we already had a small celebration at my mom's place. But too bad, the pictures were taken all blurry..huhu

I feel bad about it thats why i wish to redo it again and properly inshaa Allah :)

Time flew so fast! I still vividly remembered the day he was born 4 years ago in London. I had emergency ceasarean but to cut it short, it's such a meaningful experience for me. And it's priceless to have a son, such a precious gift for me, hubby and daughters who had longed for a baby boy :)

Now, we are so blessed to have him around. He is very cheeky, quite funny, smart and talkative. Also notti! SATU HARI KALAU TAK MENYAKAT Along and Angah TAK SAH! My life is so hectic and handfull with three of them!! But merrier of course hihi :D

Alhamdulillah, up to date he's recovering quite well from high fever. So far we gave medicines on time BUT Since he seldom gets sick comparing to her sisters, so it's quite difficult for him to take up the medicine..huhu sabar je laa!

Lastly, Happy belated birthday, Zafri! Be a good boy, ok Sayang! May you grow healthy, wisely and successfully in this world and the hereafter. Ameen! There are so many hopes i put on you (and your sisters too) in shaa Allah but we must try our best and as best as we can..Ameen..

My Big Boy

Assalamualaikum

Zafri is gonna be 2 years and 10 months old on this 12th february. He's talkative, very active and so clever and cheeky!! Boy, suka sakat and buli weols ni. huhu he grows too fast..i wish i could slow it down..or how i wish he could stay being a baby..hihi. Sekarang ni capek sungguh ummi dan babah dibuatnya. Sangat tak reti duduk diam okk! 

Right now, he's in the stage of experimenting. Adaaa je experiment dia nak buat especially water experiment. huhu making us head ache seeing the water spilled on the table, on the floor in the kitchen and even toilet everyday. Suka celup-celup jari dia dalam drinks and suka buat aksi nak buat teh-tarik tuh. Hmm mujur la rumah ni fully carpet, so tak adala adegan siapa-siapa slips on the floor. Pheww!

Recently, an incident happened and he got a cut slightly under his left eye. huhu ..It's Iris who had accidentally stepped on his face while playing 'camping' under the dining table while he's pretending to be sleeping. Kesian dia nangis sekeping la apalagi, nasib bukan kene mata..syukur alhamdulillah tapi at first panic and scary jugak la ummi tengok bleeding at the area. huhu..

But poor him, his eczema gets worse this winter. Habis satu badan dia eczema and he wakes up in the middle of night almost every night okk. Kesian sangat, nangis-nangis tergaru-garu satu badan sampai luka and calar-balar! :(..huhu pity him..T_T. even we already put the prescribed cream (Oilatum) by GP before going to bed but it only works for few hours. Lepas dia terjaga tu mesti kene sapu all over again..but sometimes we had to give him oral solution as well for allergy relief..baru ok. 

So, us this season are quite fatigue due to sleep-deprived..tapi tak pe la untuk anak tercinta, berkorban apa saja..hihi. So, please be a good boy, Zafri! We love you so much. :)

Doli Dombot

Salam 9 Ramadhan!

What is Doli Dombot?

It is actually how Zafri saying 'Charlie and The Number'! Hahaha.

At first we really can't make out what he wants by saying that many times..

But then we know after hearing him saying Doli Dombot, Doli Dombot while watching his all-time favourite at Youtube app. Pelat lagi this 2 years and 3months old of mine. ;D

By the way, How is your Ramadhan so far? :)

As for us we have a long Ramadhan and at the same time we are having a heatwave here in UK with temperature of 33 degrees C at the highest in London yesterday. So it is very challenging indeed compare to the previous Ramadhan.

But hopefully, we could go through it successfully until end of Ramadhan. Amin! :)

Sponge Shape Stamp

This time it's Zafri's turn to show his creativity. ;) We bought a safe and free toxic colours for him to play around. At first i was thinking about finger paints..it must be fun, but the pack comes with sponge shape stamp therefore the busy-body sisters aka The Eins wanted to go with the stamping first. So, let's stamp! ^^

Surprisingly, Zafri was well-cooperated and could sit still with this activity for quite some time. He really loved stamping the sponge shape on the A4 papers. And his expression was priceless! ;)

Though he just continued from Along and Angah artwork, he didn't mind at all. What he knows, just stamp, stamp and stamp! hehee

And it was fun indeed! At the same time he also learnt colours and shape!! so up to date he could recognize red, blue, yellow, green, orange, white and black quite good. Alhamdulillah..

Later, when he's already bored with the same routine with sponge shape, he had an idea! What else, play the colours with his fingers of course!! hohoho..bab ni yg eden lemah ni..:P but i just let him be and enjoyed himself...:)

And finally when he got tired and felt uncomfortable of the mess he'd made on the table and his fingers, he called and pleaded me to clean for him..hehe ini budak kicik memang tak boleh lelama kotor kat tangan dia, sooo penggeli! hehehe :D

Anyway, sponge shape stamping is always fun for kids. I still remember that it was also my favourite art activity during my primary school because it was the easiest..and fun! hehe.

Zafri Likes....

After installing new ios 6.0.2, i have noticed that i can share more than one pic straight from my iphone. Yay! How convenient hence the frequent updates. ;)

So today nak cerita pasal anak bujang. Makin hari makin banyak akal dia. :) Whatever we do, he likes to  copy or do the same, which is good rite. ;)

for example. when we want to puff the Eins with inhaler, he also wants to help! See the way he holds the spacer, really like a doc! Then what do you think? He puts the spacer on him..!! aihh luckily just acting and he's not strong enough to pump the inhaler..hehe. 

Then watching tv is what he loves most. Bangun pagi je terus mintak nk tengok B (tv) or tup-tup (youtube). Luckily, cbeebies tu mmg all educational programme for babies and kids and can really make him sit-still..otherwise, will definitely tag me everywhere..huhu..

Then, another activity yg dia suka and enjoy ialah menconteng..melukis. Kalau dapat pen, marker pen or magic colour pen kt dia habislah. Tengok-tengok dia dah conteng badan dia, muka angah klu angah tidur, tak pon atas cadar dan paling tak tahan semalam dia conteng tingkap! Huwaa nasib baik non-permanent marker. Tp lenguh jugalah bahu ummi menyental dgn wet tissues..tp nasib baik bukan kt dinding..mahu nangis kot ummi! hehe..

Lastly, sgt suka posing. Pantang ummi cakap nak amik gambar cepat2 dia posing. Lps tu dia sekali sibuk nak cek gambar ok ke tak! hehe. Klu ummi tak puas hati and ckp again, cepat2 dia posing balik. Hehehe..

Sometimes it's hard to believe that he's almost two years old. He still looks like a baby..maybe muka kot babyface but he acts like a grown up!! Also until now people have mistakenly think he's a girl hehe..muka je jambu...TAPI super lasak ok! Hihuu..pengsan mak, nak! Tapi as long as you;re healthy, we don't mind..Alhamdulillah.

WW: Self-Feeding

Zafri dah nak makan sendiri, his hand coordination is getting better now.

Alhamdulillah..makan coco pops pon dah banyak yang masuk ke mulut daripada jatuh ke atas lantai. ;)

Start Talking Clearly

Assalamualaikum

Zafri has been started babbling and baby talking for quite some time. The Paed said he might talk late because he hears mixture language around him like Malay and English but that's not to worry. So it takes time for him to talk. But now he can talk a little bit. Some words are already clear, some are still not. But we are more than happy and so pleased to hear! You go boy! :)

The simple word that he always succeed to say clearly is 'Air' (water). If he wants to drink, he will say 'Air, Air' or sometimes 'Nak Air'. :) Before drinking or eating, we will teach him to say 'Bismillah', but he will quickly jump to 'Amin' instead. Hehe very cheeky ok.. Anyway nevermind, 'Amin' is fine and maybe it is way easier rather than 'Bismillah' for him at this stage. ;)

Some more is 'Malu' (shame) but he says 'Ayuuuu'. Hehehe cute! Like when his pants loose off, he will say 'Ayuuu'..hehe dah tahu malulah anak bujang ummi ni..good boy!! But what i love to hear most is off course when he say 'Ummi' correctly. Yay! Sometimes mommy or before that, momma or 'ami' as well. Huhu.

So far, talking is in good progress and surprisingly Zafri can talk earlier than Iris last time. Alhamdulillah.. I always think a boy will talk later than a girl. Hehe off course not la eh. Because Iris, she only started talking after her 2nd birthday tau, but not with Zafri. He will only be two years old in April so I guess our boy might be talkative just like me. Heheh..

This pic was taken when he was 17 months old, still barely talking but now he is already 21 months old..can talk but only a lil bit..hehe

18 MONTHS OLD ZAFRI

Assalamualaikum

Zafri has turned 18 months old on last 12th of October. He is very active and he is now in the phase of  climbing, running and talking. He already masters the climbing and running but not the talking yet. Babbling, actually. ;) Talking is still in progress. So far he only can say 'Babah', 'Mama' and 'Nak' clearly. Well, no sign of him saying 'Ummi' yet but i already get used with it by now. I reckon 'Ummi' is always hard to be uttered first by children at his age. At least, all my kids were like that. Their first word are always 'Babah' and i always envy my husband. Hehe. 

According to Babycenter, an 18 months old should have 20 words by now but Zafri is way far from it, obviously. But i am not worry yet, just hope he will be catching everything up soon. Hopefully, insya Allah. But he takes simple direction very well! If we asked him something particular, he understands and knows which one and gives it to us. His habit is like to turn off the Tv while we are watching it. :D But he will turn it on when we asked him to. But boy he just love doing that activity repetitively until her sisters get annoyed and mad. hehehe cheeky boy, isn't he! 

Food-wise, he's not picky. He loves rice, noodles, pasta and ate almost everything including rocks. Hehehe yes. When we went to the beach few months ago, he 'ate' the beach rock! Luckily we saw him and quickly took the rock out of his mouth. Phew..can't imagine if he swallowed it. Dia ni memang tau, tak macam the Eins, semua dia kutip masuk mulut! Huhu. So since i am around 247, i make sure he eats on time and have a balance and nutritious diet. As a result, he's now 12kg. :) It's quite a while his weight had maintained at 11kg so now i am more than happy to know that he had gained 1kg within a month. Hip hip hoorey! Yang tak bestnya berat ummi pon sama naik! maklumlah dah senang hati kan...dok rumah relax goyang kaki je. :P

Furthermore, Zafri is still breastfeeding though my milk production is not that merrier anymore. I can feel sometimes he struggles sucking for the milk. T_T. Since i have finished study, i will try my best to keep my diet in check especially in reducing the intake of the caffeinated drink. During study especially when doing assignments at night, i usually had Nescafe drink  So because of that and due to lack of sleep and pressures as well, it did affected my milk production so badly. :( So hopefully, i can improve it after this because i really wish to breastfeed him until at least 2 years old like both of her sisters. Amin.

Hmm social-wise, he is quite shy but he likes to make friends. When he does, he really do it like a real boy. Kasar hokey! Huhuhuh...i was worried whenever guest comes to our house or we go to visit our friends because Zafri usually does not know how to control himself. He hits and pushes other kid like no body business. I think he learnt that from her sisters who always quarrel with each other. Tsk! so we better keep our actions and behaviour always in check. Zafri is also in the phase of imitating others. He copies what we do. And he has two great sifus, the Eins. Who else? :P Really, Zahin now like to practise safe acrobatic at home since she learnt it from her P.E class at school. Unluckily, this little boy also wants to do the acrobatic thing! See, he is fast-learner but he does not know that can be dangerous to him. T_T

To Zafri, i am glad that you are all active and healthy but you do scare me when you go through some adrenaline rush! huhu. So i always pray so that you will be staying safe all the time and be a good boy in the future no matter how naughty and cheeky boy you are now. We love you so much, son!

One-Year-One-Month-old

When i reminisce the day i had found out that i was pregnant for third baby, it makes me smile endlessly.

Allow me to go back to that day..shall we. :)

After i checked at home by using the self-pregnancy test kit and the result quickly showed the double lines, i was speechless with a smile. i took time before went out from the bathroom and had a mixture feeling!! Some of you know the feeling rite ;) then to know hubby and the Eins were waiting in front of the bathroom's door waiting for me and the result really touched my heart. So i spilled the news and handed the pregnancy kit to hubby and to my utter relief, he accepted it with delight which was awesome! while Zahin as if she's a fortune-teller had spontaneously uttered it's a baby boy inside ummi's tummy were a bit freaking me out Hihi.

Alhamdulillah, her doa and our doa were kindly granted by Him few months later when we had the scan test. We were so thankful and kept praying day and night. And finally the lil prince was brought into this world after nine beautiful and memorable months in London. It's such a blessing, indeed. :)

Ni lah budaknya. Dah pandai panjat kerusi macam gini. Lepas tu nangis sebab tak boleh turun. Hihi.Tangga rumah pon dia dah berjaya panjat sampai tingkat atas hokey...kes samada tlupe tutup safety guard ataupon along Zahin bukak..huhu..

Walker pon dia dan pandai masuk seniri tapi kaki dua-dua masuk dlm lubang yg sama..hmm stuck then mengamuk menjerit minta tolong sebab tak boleh keluar..hihihi

lil boss tgh tidur dan tgh test sofa baru..hehe. Sebelum ni kitrg ada satu je sofa tu pon org bagi. Pastu sofa tu plak single..selalu je kitrg berebut nak duduk satu sofa tu. tp as a gentleman, babah sll bagi ummi duduk sbb kesian kt umi yg nak susukan Zafri. Tapi skrg tdk perlu berebut lg ;)

Drinking milk until falling sleep like this. So innocent face kan..Bliss. Love it ;)

and if not sleeping, there he was. sangat tak reti duduk diam. haha.

The Eins called him Bam-Bam (bcoz he used to be so chubby and flabby ;p) or also London Boy or even Gu Jun Pyeol! Hihi. And now here he is already 1 year 1 month old and being so active, clingy and demanding! Hihi. but No matter how cheeky and notti he could be sometimes, he is the most charming prince and will always be loved dearly by us! :)

Happy 1 year 1 month old, Zafri! You've complemented us! Please be a good boy ok..!! Hihi.

Lil Hero 1st Birthday

Salam

Someone turns 1 year old today. He seemed knew that today was his special day, he woke up very early in the morning but quite grumpy though. I was a lil bit surprised but i tried to let go my pillow and attended straightly to him. Nway, He's the king today, the demanded one apparently! hehehe.

Since ummi still tired from the long vacation, ummi decided not to bake any cakes or celebrated at home so babah simply took us to KFC! KFC je lapon yg byk halal, pizza hut ke Nando's ke tak dapek la. Just only us. :)

Afterwards, we went to K. Ibah and Mummy Na's house to give some Belgian chocs..and lepaking for few hours at Mummy Na's for solat Asr and Maghrib and also had dinner togetrher. Mummy Na buat mee hailam and kebetulan her kids buat strawberry cupcakes for school holidays project. Yummy...mmg rezeki Zafri n kami jgk..haha..Lepas tu, ktrg singgah Tesco to buy some groceries before going home. Then, we treat bday boy sumthing..;)

Test drive keta Bob the builder jerk..hehehe. Angah Iris tgh nk conquer..;D

Though it was simple celebration for our lil hero, but he seemed satisfied and happy. That's matter most. InsyaAllah we will do better next year. ;)
